Michael C. Gibbons is a shareholder of Beier Howlett, P.C. Mr. Gibbons
specializes in the area of business law, with over 14 years of
corporate, commercial and litigation experience. His clients have
included private and public companies in the manufacturing, finance,
service and retail sectors. Mr. Gibbons counsels clients on a variety of general business matters, including business formations, corporate governance, minority protections, contracts, employment matters, and buying and selling businesses. A significant amount of Mr. Gibbons’ practice is also focused on representing businesses (or their owners) in litigating complex commercial and business disputes. Those disputes include automotive supplier disputes; business break-ups; shareholder litigation; employment litigation, including wrongful discharge defense, enforcement and/or avoidance of noncompetition agreements, and claims relating to trade secret protections. Mr. Gibbons litigates throughout the U.S. in federal and state courts, both at the trial and appellate court levels. |
